Mr. Shafiqul Alam is a Lecturer A (Equivalent to Senior Lecturer) of Human Resource Management, School of Business at Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB). Mr. Alam completed his Masters of HRM from Anglia Ruskin University, UK and Bachelor of Management and HRM from Bangalore University, India. Prior to joining IUB, Mr. Alam served in various academic and corporate roles in both UK and Bangladesh. He published few articles on emerging issues of HRM and his research interests include reward strategy, leadership, organizational health, wellness and safety, work-life balance and employee engagement. Mr. Alam is a member of Bangladesh Society for Human Resource Management (BSHRM) and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), UK.
